Just wondering if anyone has this disc, and what you thought of it?
Thanks!

I liked the movie which is why I purchased the disc...it was the missing link piecing together all of the other Halloweens(except for part 3)

First of all...you can tell Disney released this disc!!! It would not allow you to skip through the opening trailer for Halloween H20.....

I felt the overall transfer was decent..the sound was just a 2.0 mix....why this could not have been 5.1 is beyond me!!! No extras to speak of at all...just a barebones dvd.

The movie itself explains the dark figure from parts four and five and pretty much explains Michael Myers existence in this world and why he has been killing off his family. It will be interesting to see what they come up with for part 8 which is in the works.....with no Dr. Loomis what are we to expect??? I truly hope they do not replace Donald Pleasence with another actor!!! I guess we will find out in the near future.

I just got my disc and haven't had a chance to even skim through it yet... however, from other reviews on the net it seems like another mediocre, overpriced Disney DVD.

$32.99 and it isn't even 5.1? No extras at all? Grrrrr...

Anyway, I suggest that all fans of this series contact Anchor Bay (there's an e-mail address for suggestions at www.anchorbayentertainment.com ) and ask them to put out a set of the Producer's Cut of H6. I'm sure they already are aware of the demand out there, but it can't hurt to keep it in the front of their minds.

The good news is that Anchor Bay already has some sort of a relationship with Disney, so they may be able to work out a release.
