These were just released as remastered versions and I'd like to know how the quality of the video transfer is and the sound. Is it just plain sh***y looking or is it a nice picture to view? How's the 5.1 mix?

Video transfers looks the same to me. I only have the remastered FSY2 and they got kinda silly with the 5.1 remix (you know directional sounds that don't seem to place correctly with what's going on the screen).
but godd*** they are only $9 each! Get'em both remastered or not!

i've got both dvds and they are great action flicks. i have the universe laser & video co.,ldt. versions and the film quality and sound are good. if you like jet li and plenty of action, you won't be disappointed with these two.
