It's been a while since I watched all 7, so I can't help you with ratings for each individually. I can tell you that NOES 1, 3, 7 are the best in the series (in that order). Not surprisingly, these are the films Wes Craven actually had a hand in.

Frank TJ Mackey... yeah, I loved Magnolia too...
assuming that the first film is the best (which it is), we'll give that one a ten and move down from there.
