this is being released in april & i was curious if anyone knew what it was or has seen it. it appears to be an hour long documentary about james bond but that is all i know. is it a previously shown tv special? anyone know? thanks.

This is a 50-minute documentary that aired on AMC a few months ago. I haven't seen it, but I can't imagine that it is going to contain any amazing insight or rare footage that isn't duplicated on the MGM SEs. Maybe I'll be wrong, but I'd guess that this is for die-hard completists only.

A friend of mine sent me a 50minute doc on Bond. Unfortunately, she cut of the opening credits and title but it sounds a lot like the James Bond Story. I thought that this was a surprisingly good documentary on 007 and it included what appeared to be new interviews with Roger Moore and George Lazemby. Because it's relatively short, I wouldn't pay too much for it but it's certainly worth watching!
