I love these shows and ordered the lost episodes marathon of I love Lucy(back ordered along with the vhs of robot monster.)
I am rooting for Dick Van Dyke on DVD, what a great show, same with the Simpsons, Action, Futurama and Malcolm in the Middle.

I'm pretty sure that I Love Lucy isn't available on DVD. Don't you mean The Lucy Show? (big difference if you ask me, although they each have their charms...)

Whoa! Thanks so much! Yes it was the Lucy show, definitely in a lower class. I cancelled the order. I think Lucy is on DVD though.
Edited to say this: You were right it is not on dvd, I was wrong.

As far as old tv shows go, The two original telefilms that spawned the Night Stalker series are available on DVD (Night Stalker and Night Strangler are both on one DVD). The Lucy Show DVD has the Jack Benny episode (very funny). The Avengers Diana Rigg episodes are all available and the 1964 season with Honor Blackman is coming soon. I have all those that are currently available and I must say that A&E did a very good job. The prints are from the original British masters and are of much higher quality than has ever been seen here in the states before. 3 eps. per DVD and not much in the way of extras, just a few stills.
