Toshiba 1600 OR Panasonic RV30??

I am buying a dvd player. I found the Toshiba 1600 for $153 and the Panasonic RV30 for $164. Which is better?

I have the toshiba and my buddy has the panasonic. I prefer my Dvd player to his. I found that the panasonic flickers light and dark a lot more than my player when dealing with the copy protection on the dvd's.

I've had the Toshiba SD-1200 for over 6 months and it works flawlessly. I've always been happy with Toshiba products.
