Got mine from them on the 21st. Sorry you haven't had the same luck.

So much for their "manufacturing delay" as the CSR informed me. I'm glad you received your copy. That was my last order from Buy.com.

I'm in the same boat as you Soup Nazi.

NO 'FRIENDS' FOR YOU!

...or me for that matter...

This was pretty much Buy.com's last chance with me also, and they blew it big time. Nothing but B & M's for me from now on.

You know that FRIENDS theme song:
Buy don't deliver for you
Because they suck
Friends ain't there for you
So you're stuck
Watching reruns of it
With all the commercials
Merry Christmas, anyway! http://www.geocities.com/kirstendiane1/santasmile.gif

Actually Soup Nazi, I had heard that there was a manufacturing delay. That doesn't mean that they didn't make any, it means that they couldn't get out enough to meet demand. Sorry you had to be on the short end of the stick.

Thanks for the info and your regards. http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

However, I guess it pays to complain ... or be the "squeaky-wheel". I called them, voiced my displeasure - and received the following:

1. FREE UPS Overnight Service when this item arrives in their warehouse, and...

2. A $10.00 "Consession Coupon".

* Now, I'm not too thrilled with this, but I intend to apply the $10 coupon to this order (combined with the $10 GC I had) and FREE S/H ... and say goodbye to one of the worst E-Tailers (IMHO) I have encountered in some time.
