I just picked up that pinoeer 5-disc changer at BB B&M for $244 after rebate. I tried doing a search for some reviews but couldn't find any. Does anyone here have any experience with this particular player, or any other sites with reviews on dvd players? Any info would help, thanks!

I've had the DV-C503 for about a month now. I haven't had a problem with it. It has played every DVD I have thrown at it. It also plays burned CDs. Great DVD player for the price.

I bought the DV-C503 from Best Buy a month ago for 199$ with a 40$ mail in Rebate. The Player works great. I have had no skips or freezes at all. It is a great DVD player for the money.

We've had this player for about three
months and its been flawless. If you're
not looking for alot of "extras",a 5 disc
carousel that puts out some great sound
and a solid picture the 503 is a good
choice.Even the wife is happy.

As i already posted on the Pioneer 503 vs. 302 topic :

" Really lucky me as i was going to ask question about the 503.

My bro, who'm i've just converted to DVD last month, bought this model and already having problem reading dvd's ( Art of war locks on layer switch and Hollow Man pixellate very hard on end of ch. 15 and won't even start ch.16 )

It wasn't the disk cause they've played flawlessly on my OLD Toshiba 2008.

Is there a firmware upgrade possibility or would he be better off this player ...

If off it is, any suggestion on a replacement player ??? "

Any suggestion or recommendation !!
