BIC or Venturi speakers? Any good?

Anyone know anything about Venturi or BIC america speakers. They have a whole set for just over 200 dollars, shielded surrounds and 80watt powered sub. I couldn't find much info about them anywhere.

I'm curious about them too. Of the little information I have found on them, I haven't read anything negative. I can get these through dbldistributing for cheap, and am considering one of their subs for a buddy.
