APEX AD-660 and Both Toy Story DVD's

I purchased the Toy Story box set and when I first placed the Toy Story 1 DVD in my player, it made a loud grinding of gears noise. I ejected the DVD and put the Toy Story 2 disc in and it did the same thing, just not as bad. Finally I tried another DVD I had to see if it worked and it was fine, and then I placed the Toy Story 2 disk back in, turned off the player and then back on and the DVD loaded fine, this is what I have to do now whenever I play a Toy Story DVD. All others work fine, Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator too. Any Thoughts

Have the same dvd player and I have the Ultimate Toy Set or whatever with both Toy Storys and have absolutely no problems with it...
