I ordered 11 blu's during their recent sale. I received 5 & a whopping $15 refund. They charged the same shipping for 5 blu's as for 11. I also got an extremely rude cs rep, who finally told me to call their Pay Pal specialist tomorrow.
No email asking if I wanted to go through with the order, no apologies, no nothing. This more then doubled the shipping cost per disc, & to add insult to injury the ones I didn't get (especially Saboteur) were the ones I wanted the most. If I don't get a significant refund & a promise that today's rude cs rep will be talked to or fired; I'm done with Oldies.

I have almost ordered from this site tons of times but it has just never been quite worth it. Shipping usually kills the deal or I realize I am just about to buy trash because it is cheap....

"Dennis" wasn't in today. I'm going to eat this order & I have unsubscribed from their emails. They lost a good customer.

I am an internet retailer (though I am in process of closing down). I ALWAYS let a customer know if I am unable to completely fill an order before billing them, & I give them the opportunity to cancel. Oldies didn't say a word about this until the day the refund & package showed up.

Ah, I thought there was a longer thread. (Just responded to the one in the DVD forum.) Moo, if they owe you money, I would fight them for it, or at the very least file a complaint with PayPal.
