Did the apocalypse occur and I missed it? I can't believe I'm the first to make a comment in the Flash thread.
I did find it odd that Team Flash let Magenta walk away without any repercussions. She's one of the most powerful metahumans they've encountered and gambling her split personality won't show up again.
I wonder how long we will have to see Wally mope about not having powers.
That was a classic line when Joe said "With you Barry, it's like having two daughters." A great and unexpected joke.

Solid episode. So is Wally going to get his powers from Dr. Alchemy? I'm liking Draco's character quite a bit -- a foil for Barry, something of an arrogant, obnoxious prick, but one smart enough to get things done.
Looking forward to Mirror Master.

After the last scene with Frankie/Magenta, and the look on Wally's face, I was expecting the final scene last night to be Wally asleep in bed trying to contact Dr. Alchemy in his dreams. My guess is that we'll be seeing a meeting between Wally and Dr. Alchemy within a few weeks.

Or Wally's powers will just kick in like they stated happened with Jessie's.
Thought this was the first lame episode of the season. The villain of the week procedural format only works if the villain is worthy, and that both the character and actress was just terrible. They would be much better off doing what they have done at other times in the series. Using multiple episodes to give viewer some background on the villain and a complex showdown with the enemy.

While it was good to see Wells and Jesse back, thought this was a mostly forgettable villain of the week plot. Magenta was a very forgettable villain.
The thing I did like was seeing how Wells and Jesse being from Earth 2 were unaffected by Flashpoint and didn't recall some of "new" things in the lab. But, Wells saying...."Not" constantly was super annoying.

I was trying to figure who the girl was that played Magenta. She played the daughter in the first season of Fargo.
It is pretty obvious the new CSI guy is Alchemy right?

I liked Magenta. She could come in handy later for Team Flash. However it was kinda odd they essentially just let her walk away. I'm sure they'll be keeping tabs on her in some fashion.
I doubt Wally gets his powers like Jessie. It'd be far more dramatic and tension filled for him to get them from Dr. Alchemy. I'm glad to have Wells back though, as well as the old team dynamic despite being a different timeline.

This episode was pretty meh. A paint-by-numbers episode. Hopefully the Mirror Master episode will step it up next week.

Joey King also played Young Talia(Bald-headed girl in prison) in The Dark Knight Rises.
Good episode with some nice special FXs.
Frances/Frankie Kane has straddle between good and bad in various comic book stories.

Cool seeing Jesse in speed action. Wally is so jealous.

Isn't Alchemy Tobin Bell? How could it be Tom Felton?
Anyway, this show is really hitting its groove. They all are having a lot of fun and it shows...

Tobin Bell just does the voice. Just like Tony Todd did for Zoom last season.

I thought Wally might get his powers from Alchemy too- but wouldn't that defeat the purpose- having a meta who is out to stop you? I thought Alchemy only created villains.
So who do we think Katlyn will be? She already has her powers and she's good- so Killer Frost isn't really the best name. Ice?

I thought this was a pretty fun episode. Glad to have Wells back and while Magenta is kind of a crappy villain she did her point to further the plot. Kind of weird hearing Tobin Bell as the voice of Alchemy. I always hear Jigsaw whenever he's speaking.
Also loved Cisco's line about everyone having a panic button since they keep getting kidnapped.

Candace Patton doesn't impress me much as an actor, she's okay, but damn if she doesn't clean up well. Gorgeous woman. Looks amazing in a dress.
This one was mostly meh, but I still think this is the most fun superhero show on regular TV.

Waaay back in S1 didn't the Flash initially have issues shredding his clothes when running so they got him the suit? (Perhaps just a terrible memory.) Was wondering about whathername zooming about wo a suit.
Did like the reactions when Magenta yanked a ship from the harbor (but then she put it back pretty durn easily) but the "run a figure 8 to make a propeller" was just dumb ...

But if it's shaped like a propeller it acts like a propeller, right Never mind that running doesn't produce much upward directed wind and that if you did push a wind strong enough to hold a ship that large up, which is far beyond tornado strength, you'd destroy the top of the building.

I'm not really loving this year - I understand that this 'Flashpoint' storyline is a big fan favourite or something but I hate that we are currently stuck with unlikeable versions of the characters I usually like - Barry is fine but the rest of the team in this timeline is annoying to me. Hope we can fix time asap.

Decent ep. I thought the way Barry tried to help the girl was cool. I felt the genuine care he had for her and the pain she had in herself. I thought that was done well. I hope she comes back as some sort of semi-hero.
