Well, maybe not <u>the</u> best, but it's useful for what a lot of people are doing here.
I have written a new tool called Amazon Expert. This tool allows advanced searchs and filtering on Amazon.com's entire DVD database offline.
It also allows you to export this information to HTML in various ways (tables/links/text urls).
I am currently contacting Amazon about this tool (don't want to be served by the courts).
But in the meanwhile, check out this screenshot:
