Is there a website that has all the domestic movies by release date?
Trying to get my DVD collection organized and I'm looking for a website that has a definitive listing of all the movies that came out in the United States by release date. Reason being that I want to make a checklist of sorts to bring with me when I hit the pawn shops/flea market.
Is there such a thing out on the internet that I can either print out or copy into a notebook, or am I stuck with Wikipedia...

There are thousands of domestic movies released each year. IMDB has a list of 105,000 US features dating back to 1894:

There's basically too many to make any sort of "printout" worthwhile.

There were also many movies that opened in limited release in one or two theatres, then expanded throughout the next few weeks across the country.
Even if you had the data, it would difficult to pinpoint an accurate release date for every movie.

The OP hasn't replied, but since the purpose seems to revolve around shopping for titles, what probably would be better is a database of titles that keeps track of what you own. That way if you find a title, you can quick browse and see if you already own it or not.

Yeh I was going to say dvdprofiler.
You search for a movie and it will tell you when it was released and keeep a list of movies you own
or make a list of movies on a wish list.
