Any way to de-regionalize my sony 330 or my PS2? have a bunch of danish movies i'd like to watch.

I checked some of the PS2 patches, but it looks very sketchy..

Ok, that was me trying to be smart and ask for a way to unlock the regionblock, ie enable either the 330 or the PS2 to play all region/zone DVD's, instead of just region 1.

Sorry for the jargon confusion http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

I am pretty sure there is no way to currently modify the region coding on a PS2, although I would not be surprised if someone came up with a hack sooner or later.

As far as the S330 is concerned, again I don't think there is any kind of code that can be inputed for this although it's possible it can be modified. I am not sure how much this would cost but it would void your warranty if you still have one.

I'm fine with whatever it takes to do a hardware patch, if something is out there that's somewhat tested / proven http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

Havent seen anything though..
