DVD player with VCD and MP3 capabilities?

I thought I remembered someone listing in bargins thread a long time back but can't find now.

Is there such a puppy or am I hog-crazy? If it does exist, does it have DTS out?

If someone has a link (or alternate suggestion) I would appriciate that too. Thanks,

I think the only players that fit that bill are from Raite, Apex, and Sampo(none of which are too well known brands).

I have an Apex as a secondary player for multi region discs..the MP3 option on it is great..and yes, it has DTS out..
