Tyne Daly

Did she gain weight for Judging Amy? She used to be so pretty in her younger years. I only knew her as the heavy grandma.

Re: Tyne Daly

Yes, it was a Raging Bull situation. The producers asked Tyne Daly to gain a hundred pounds to play a character on a show nobody watched.

Wow. Learn something new...I knew she was married to the Black Dude from The Rookies...but I never knew till today she is Tim "The Voice of Superman" Daly's sister.

Re: Tyne Daly

I also thought this was a celebrity death thread. I remember seeing some Cagney and Lacey reruns as a kid in the 90s. I think it was A&E that aired them, anyway Tyne was a bit heavy on that show.

Speaking of fat, did you see Liz Taylor in 1983?

Lmmfao!!!

And regarding those who thought this was another celebrity death thread, I actually thought she had passed-away already! I don't know why but I figured she was older than 69, watching Cagney & Lacey as a kid she always seemed older, I guess.
