I saw this on a pop-up ad, so I went to Amazon and it looks like they have either reissued this or found some old stock. It is currently out of stock. Does anyone know anything about this?

I was thinking about this. Several years ago a bunch of MFSL Gold CDs appeared on Amazon, all of which were out of print. To make a long story short, Amazon cancelled all of the orders and no one got anything. It was caused by some glitch in their system. I think that might be what happened here.

Probably. OTOH, if you want it at the price, it doesn't hurt to order it .

If you're region free and not bothered by PAL speedup, the UK Complete Series set is much cheaper at Amazon.UK: $32.61 shipped as of this post.

Available, single sided discs AND a $100 savings? I can handle PAL speedup for that.

I just received the shipping confirmation from amazon,

ordered it on Jan. 4, 2016, from amazon for $114.

Scheduled to arrive on the 11th.

I finally place an order on the 6th. The order page is saying that it will be delivered on Tuesday. I am wondering if it will be what is pictured. Will it be PAL or NTSC. Maybe they found some old stock, or maybe it is being manufactured again.

There are 10 listings for this set on Ebay right now. Usually there is 1 listing.....maybe 2 or 3 max.

Mine came today in the mail. It's exactly like my other set. There is a slight difference in the shrink wrap. I would love to know if it's a repressing or did they find some old stock?

I originally bought this in Feb 2009. The set is identical to the one I got in the mail. The discs all work. No problems. All of the extras are in the box. I am thinking that this must be old stock and not a reissue.
