Kate totally made that alien skit. Gosling was losing it

that "Santa is upstairs" short was fucking hilarious. One of the best things they've done this season.

However the Kyle Mooney sketch with Gosling being interviewed in his hometown was PAINFUL.

The dating site for "settlers."
Alien Abduction
Santa

The one where Aidy Bryant was hitting on her friend's father was just creepy.

Outside of the monologue, I only watched the settlers and the alien abduction skits - but they were damn funny.

Boy, Mike Myers needs to find some work... looks like he's been sitting around the house eating cookies all the time. He looks like Phil Kessel when he was on the Leafs.

Mike Myers seems like such a fixture in the comedy culture, but in his entire professional career, he's done basically four things.

After SNL, he's played Shrek, Wayne Campbell, and Austin Powers.

Other than that he has like a dozen film credits in 30 years, and maybe half of those are starring roles.

I kind of respect and appreciate that Myers made a shitload of money by the time has was 35 and was content to go off and live a private life.

He remarried in 2010 and now has two children

Doesn't Mike Myers have a reputation for being kind of a jerk? I seem to remember some awful stories about how he treats others on movie sets.

The alien sketch was the funniest thing they've done in a while.

You forgot

The Love Guru, So I Married An Axe Murderer, and a quick cameo in Inglorious Bastards are the only film roles I remember.

'He was emotionally needy and got more difficult as the shoot went along,'' [Wayne's World director Penelope] Spheeris says. ''You should have heard him bitching when I was trying to do that 'Bohemian Rhapsody' scene: 'I can't move my neck like that! Why do we have to do this so many times? No one is going to laugh at that!''' To manage Myers' moods, Spheeris put her daughter in charge of making sure he had whatever snack he needed at any given moment: ''To this day, I have this image of her sitting on this little cooler, looking at me, like, 'Mom, I f—-ing hate you.'''

But then came Austin Powers, and like a snaggle-toothed, chest-haired phoenix, Myers soared back into the hearts of his worst enemies:

''I hated that bastard for years,'' says Spheeris, who believes Myers dissuaded Paramount from hiring her for Wayne's World 2. ''But when I saw Austin Powers, I went, 'I forgive you, Mike.''' She pauses, voice choked with emotion. '''You can be moody, you can be a jerk, you can be things that others of us can't be — because you are profoundly talented. And I forgive you.'''

So The Cat in the Hat, The Love Guru, So I Married an Ax Murderer would be starring roles, and Inglourious Basterds would one of those other credits.
