dutch ending up at eichhorst's would've been interesting but they gave it away after the first ep with the 'this season on'

I love how these guys are walking around openly carrying weapons without being immediately arrested (the powers that be are after all hiding the true extent of the vampire problem) when NYC only issues weapons permits to the rich and connected.

Of course the old man is going to sit there with his back to the rest of the room and skim through the book instead of taking it to a safe place to read it. -_- I just knew he wouldn't hold the book long.

the chaotic noise, gun fire and siren noise set to a shot of normal new yorkers walking around was at a new hilarity levels.

I'm assuming the vampires showed up at the precinct specifically to kill Eph. Otherwise, the entire NYPD would be long gone by now.

Anybody else notice the councilwoman publicly uttering the word "vampire"? How much longer can they maintain this media blackout? That kind of crazy talk would be news in itself.

He also assumes nobody is following him, when he should know he's a target. I'm certain his assailant wasn't a minion of the Master or he'd be dead.

Who knows how much vampires have infiltrated the govt., media, and business? Nuking the Big Apple would end the pandemic but that's not in the works.

I like how they can hit moving vamps with handguns at over 30 yards, but Eph can't hit a stationary target with a rifle and scope.

What bugged me the most this episode: you have a list of 4 people named "R. Fenescu" from the phone book. One of them owns a BOOK STORE, but you go to that one third? WTF?
So I started reading the second book. Apparently the events of Season 1 took place over just 7 days.

Most of the episode seemed to be an excuse to get Dutch captured and Coco turned. If that's straight form the book, then the books were severely flawed as well.
Glad Coco is still on the show. I find her by far the most attractive person on the show. This show needs the eye candy factor given how often they throw ridiculous failed mission plots at us.

Yeah I was pissed when fucking Eph shot her. Glad she's still alive. But, 
at her taking in The Master's magical finger jizz that brought her back. at the Vamp attack on the police station and how that whole squad got annihilated.
