Has Anyone Seen the Spain DVD's Of Merry Widow 1925?
& how do they compare to the WAC? I really don't want a burned disc, & Warner uses garbage media.
I would like to know how the prints compare & if the 2 Spanish versions are also dvd9's.

First off, the 2 Spanish releases you linked, the first one is the 1925 silent, while the second is the 1934 sound film, so they are different films.
Considering the Spanish 1925 version's DVD was released 2 years after the US Warner, I suspect it is either a ripped version of the Warner disc, but I cannot be certain.
Found some info on the Spanish 1934 film DVD (translated);
Person said it seems to be an old 90's master rather than a new transfer.

"Picture quality is good: a bit blurred, contrast okay, image steadiness stable. Small scratches and holes are present, but otherwise the picture is fine."

Oops, my intention was the 1925 only.
