New Armored Saint (Metal song of the year for 2015)
I don't know if anyone else here will dig this track, but to me it is everything that is good about Heavy Metal all rolled up into one song.
It's got great riffs, tasty guitar playing, a killer groove with a ton of energy, strong vocal melodies, and a fantastic chorus.

The album comes out in June. Sounds like they've got their Symbol of Salvation/Revelation mojo going on...

Never really listened to Armored Saint that much. Liked the instrumental but hated the singing and lyrics. For some reason I can't stand John Bush's style, one of the reason I hate Anthrax and remain baffled why they are considered in the Big 4.

Their last album hooked me with a strong first demo and then the overall album was underwhelming to me. But, you're right, this track is killer. If this is reflective of the whole album, it will be awesome. Not sure about the album cover art though...

Yeah, their last album was pretty good, but nowhere near as good as Symbol of Salvation or Revelation. This song's style sounds like a hybrid between those two albums, so that's a good sign.

Got this album from Amazon for just $9. Only a couple of listens in, but it's really solid. Bush's vocals are in great form and the band is playing with a great deal of confidence. A fun listen. I should probably give their back catalog its proper due one of these days.
