Another boring episode, with the exception of the last five minutes as usual.
The whole time I was thinking that nobody fired a single shot, and that's why this episode is boring. And then the last minute happened and surprisingly Red is shot.
What a chore it is to watch this show now

Disagree^
Another solid episode. This series has really picked up some traction the last few episodes for me. Still can't miss television all the way around. This is the one show I need to watch the night it is on.

It's been a terrible season but this episode was pretty enjoyable. I don't really buy that Tom fell in love with Liz but producers probably felt he needed to be brought back in some fashion.

I didn't mind Vanessa Cruz as the Blacklist of the week villain. Interesting dynamic with her targeting the man that she blamed for her husband's death and being in a lesbian relationship with his wife to get close to him. Was a little confused at the end why Cruz approached Mr. Kaplan.
Last few minutes was surprising. 1st, I want to know more on why Red hired Tom to get close to Liz as he revealed and 2nd, who the hell the shooter is?

The woman who had the lesbian relationship with Cruz is the mark's assistant, she works for him. Vanessa Cruz went through elaborate lengths to set up digital proof that the man sexually harassed his secretary, and thus the motivation for she to kill him.
Also, it was Mr. Kaplan that approached Cruz on Reddington's behalf, because he has needs of her "expertise"...

Seemed pretty obvious since S1 that they were going to have Red be the one that hired Tom. What has been all confusing, in a very annoying way, is just what is going on with old dude club that Red is on the outs with because of the teddy bear object.
