Allison Brie is pretty, cute and sexy. Girl is "all that and a bag of chips... and a chocolate chip cookie and large soda".

Zooey Deschanel is cute, but I don't find her the least bit sexy. And, truth be told, she's not exceptionally pretty. Sure, she's "pretty" compared to 99% of the women walking around my local Walmart... but not compared to the "Pretty Actress Universe". I think Katy Perry is much more "pretty" than Zooey is, even though they often look identical.

Ellie Kemper is cute, but not especially pretty or sexy. There's something about her I don't like... maybe its her Renee Zellweger-style squint?

I've seen pics of both Zooey & Alison from high school (chill, they are both 2 years younger than me). They are both girls I totally would have liked in HS, but too shy to talk to.

Zooey for me by far. She just seems very classically pretty and seems like she'd be down to earth in real life.

If I'm going strictly by sex appeal Brie easily tops the list. After that I would say Kemper, Staite, and last Zooey. I think Zooey is very attractive, but her character on New Girl is completely unsexy to me, and it affects my ranking of her.
