Faults (2015, d: Stearns, s: Winstead, Reddick, Orser)
This quietly snuck up into VOD. It stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Lance Reddick and Leland Orser (and I'm sure a few others from The Guest and You're Next). It was produced by the crew that produced The Guest and You're Next and looks very much in their vein.
Synopsis: Claire is under the grip of a mysterious new cult called Faults. Desperate to be reunited with their daughter, Claire's parents recruit one of the world's foremost experts on mind control, Ansel Roth.

Currently has an 83% on Rottentomatoes. But only has 18 reviews. I liked the originality of You're Next and fucking loved the ridiculousness of The Guest, so I look forward to watching this this weekend.

Seeing the producers i figured this would be a schlocky fun movie. It kind of is, kind of isnt. This is a super low budget movie that could very easily be a stage play. On the other hand, it's a well made, good movie about the saddest sap I've seen in a movie in ages. It also has a surprising amount on its mind.
Dialog driven black comedy thriller, I think people that liked Bug would especially enjoy it (and I hated that one). Winstead is great in this and her husband seems to be a pretty solid director.
