Pretty good yet sort of an odd episode. I liked the stuff between "young" Homer and Bart the best. It was cool that Lisa played Baker Street for her performance for Homer and her stuffed animals. The stuff with the hypnotist was pretty good too, particularly with him and Chief Wiggum. I liked the homage to X-Men at the end and Loki randomly appearing. Also liked the opening couch gag and how disturbed Maggie was by the story. It was also cool that they fit in a short tribute to the Charlie Hebdo tragedy.

This episode was written by Judd Apatow almost 25 years ago as a spec script. I wonder if there are any other old scripts in the vault by now stars that they'll dust off?

As for the episode, it was something different than usual. That makes it a little more interesting.
