What was Kalinda's deal at the end? She seemed too scared of Bishop to not go through with it, so why the sudden change of heart?

Episode felt really uneven. The tension that builds with the Bishop subplot--and Cary's too--is negated every time by some of the more quirky (Canning, Eli and Noah in this ep.) moments, and the sometimes-lame case-of-the-week.
Too many things happening at once this season and making too many of those things feel flat and lacking in drama.
Love Rita Wilson's scenes. She's a fantastic foil for Diane.

The actress who played the rape victim - what else has she been in? I know I've seen her before and I can't remember where.
