10/06/2014 (10:00PM - 11:00PM) (Monday) : DERANGED DOCTOR FINDS HIMSELF ON THE BLACKLIST - RON CEPHAS JONES ("HALF NELSON") GUESTS STARS -When a man is found with his heart cut out, Agents Keen (Megan Boone) and Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) team up with agent Samar Navabi (Mozhan Marno) to uncover the intricacies of Dr. Covington's (guest star Ron Cephas Jones) black-market operation. Meanwhile, Red (James Spader) and his associate try to capitalize on a new opportunity in Indonesia, leaving Reddington in a vulnerable position. Harry Lennix and Amir Arison also stars. TV-14 V

Solid episode tonight.The fakeout with Tom in the opening scene was a little too obvious.
Dr. James Covington was actually a pretty cool Blacklist villain. Playing Repo-Man with human organs for those who can't pay was pretty twisted.
Loved it when Red just casually shot and killed Nikko and then Pee Wee Herman starts freaking out.
This was a 100% Blacklist villain of the week episode, but I did like how they integrated mentions of Berlin into it. Also, who the heck is the mystery guy at Lizzie's hotel with the sniper rifle?

Agreed.
On a sidenote: it appears the show is accenting Agent Keene's cleavage this season (not that there's anything wrong with that). There was a particular scene - during her interrogation of Covington - that was really obvious.

what was the point of the guy pulling out the high powered weapon and then adjusting the scope while pointing at what was probably the wall a few feet away?

I am hoping the guy with the sniper rifle is protecting her, not a threat. Red has been a little bit too ruthless this year. He killed last season, but when necessary, this year he is much more a criminal.
