So the whole "Penny wants to be an actress" thing has just been dropped altogether?
Buying up the store might've made for an interesting arc, but as usual, nothing moves forward. I do kind of like the Stuart subplot just to shake things up a little. I'm sure the friction between Emily and Penny will come up again. I was worried they'd do a Chasing Amy thing with Leonard worrying about Penny's past, so I'm glad they didn't go down that road. Wonder if she'll become a permeant edition?
So Two and Half Men is ending?

This season has been sort of just so-so to me thus far. I haven't gotten to watch tonight's episode yet but none of the episodes have been very memorable or all too funny. They haven't been truly awful either but I dunno just not feeling it so far this season.

I liked the interactions with Penny and Amy, about never being told to your face that someone hates you. Especially how Amy didn't use it to try to seek pity, she had grown inured to it.

Episode was kind of blah, it would have been more interesting if they actually got the comic book store.

Yeah, I think so too, it'd have been an interesting plot development they could've killed for future episodes. But they're so reluctant to shake up the status quo, I figured they wouldn't. Bernadette is quickly becoming my favorite part of the show for some reason. Ranch is so hilarious.
I genuinely feel sorry for Amy. She missed out on almost all of her youth, and Sheldon treats her like shit. I guess being connected to Penny makes her feel like she's hovering. Around the popular kids.

I think think a who is hotter power play between Emily and Penny could get good. Even better if Bernadette joins in.

I'll accept one of them getting a hot chick... 2 of them is a pretty big stretch... but 3 of them is like winning powerball twice in a row.
