EVERYONE'S WORLD WILL TURN UPSIDE DOWN WHEN DAVID CLARKE RETURNS TO SOUTHAMPTON, ON THE SEASON PREMIERE OF ABC'S "REVENGE," SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
"Renaissance" - As Emily plans to host her most surprising party ever, Victoria finds a way to turn her greatest setback into a dangerous advantage. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to them both, David Clarke plans his next move, on the Season 4 Premiere of "Revenge," SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
"Revenge" stars Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne, Madeleine Stowe as Victoria Grayson, Josh Bowman as Daniel Grayson, Nick Wechsler as Jack Porter, Gabriel Mann as Nolan Ross, Christa B. Allen as Charlotte Clarke, Karine Vanasse as Margaux LeMarchal, and James Tupper as David Clarke.
"Renaissance" was written by Sunil Nayar and Sallie Patrick and directed by John Terlesky.
22 episode 4th season

The creator of Revenge Mike Kelley was apparently against bringing David Clarke from the dead. That was the new showrunner's decision.

Interesting start. I know this show has lost it's momentum here and most here don't care & are reading this with absolutely zero context or understanding of what is going on. Stretching this story to 4+ seasons probably contributed to it, but this show still remains a guilty pleasure.
at Jack becoming a full fledged rookie cop within 6 months. I was like WTF? Funny that the guy who plays Jack's partner is Jennifer Love Hewitt's husband and was recently on Mistresses.
Charlotte becoming a coke snorting skank.
And paying $7,000 per month in rent with no job.
at Victoria's escape from the mental hospital with the help of Lisa Simpson. It looks like this season will be more or less focused on Vicky's attempt at revenge.
I wonder how long before David Clarke comes out of hiding to Emily.
I'm in for this ride until they shut it down.
