Anyone use controllers with their smartphones/tablets?

I currently have an iPhone 5s and I enjoy playing games on it. There are lots of really good ones out there. However, touch screen controls can be a pain in the ass at times so I looked into getting one of the MFI controllers. I decided on the Moga Ace Power which I have had for about a week and I have been pleased with. I have been using it mainly with Lego Star Wars and Monster HUnter Freedom Unite. I was a little bummed that it is not compatible with the Modern Combat games as of yet. Before I got the controller, I read on a site that it was, but it was evidently bad information. Anyone else using controllers?

this is the moga ace power:

I'd love something like this for my Galaxy S3. The SNES emulator I have is begging for this device. I almost always refuse to play any platformers on my Ipad due to sheer frustration.

Android has alot more options for controllers than iOS devices. I was quite shocked at the limited selection for iphone/ipad considering they are usually the lead platform for everything else.

platformers are painfully difficult with touch screens. I can navigate the platforming in Lego Star Wars much easier with this controller than when i try to use touch controls.

There are quite a few games I have not purchased because I hate using a touchscreen d-pad. I have so far avoided buying games rather than get a controller, but if I saw a standout controller that became the new standard, I might pick that up.

Zero interest for me, I wouldn't want to carry around an accessory with me for games if i'm on the go and if i'm at home, I have other systems to play.

I bought an nvidia Shield for this reason. Touch screen controls are still terrible for most games, especially emulation.

This. If I need a controller to play a game I'm going to play on a console.
