***I searched for PAST list here on DVDTalk, but the last one was 2003 it seems. So I did another list.***
List I provided below is for those who starred in the movie or had a good part (not a cameo) in the movie (not counting TV shows):

1. Tom Hanks - 17 (Was surprised he came out on top, but not after looking back at all the great movies he has done. Toy Story is his only series.)
2. Harrison Ford - 15 (Not surprising with SW and Indiana Jones)
3. Arnold Schwarzenegger -14
3. Tom Cruise - 11
(Funny, but none of these have starred together. Ford and Arnold I think will be in the next Expendables.)


I am sure the list of actors are not surprise to many, they have all four have had very long carriers and been in some entertaining movies.
-And yes, they have been in some stinkers to.

Easily Clint Eastwood...I think I have all his available movies on Blu-ray (including the ones he directed, but isn't in). Not sure off the top of my head how many films that is, but it's over 25, and probably over 30.

Film Aficionado (previously known as DVD Aficionado) doesn't break a collection down by actor but does by director. Apparently the most common director in my Blu-ray collection is John Dahl, someone that has directed episodes for dozens of current television series. The most movies directed is Martin Scorsese at 15.

Maybe De Niro and Pacino and Scorsese and Spielberg as directors.

Christian Bale and Leonardo DiCaprio might also be up there and Hanks and Harrison Ford too.

I thought there would be a few name that everyone would list, but almost everyone has a different name at the top of their list.
