A nice spotlight on the three principal TGW ladies and how each are still reeling from Will's death.
Missed opportunity there with Grace's old tutor - would loved to have seen Alicia breakdance.
David Lee had too much fun with that sex tape.
That blowup in the kitchen was gold. Awww Alicia, it took Will's demise to absolutely see clear where she stands with Peter - maybe not entirely declare independence from him, but pretty much only use each other for professional/political gain.
Peter: Is this because you wanna sleep with someone else?
Alicia: Get out of my house.

This episode was kind of all over the place. Had some good moments to it, for sure. The opening conference room battle with David and Cary and then Alicia and Diane working with each other for a better result. The merger is an interesting idea... not sure how that will work though with the other L&G partners, esp David. Cary might not be too keen on the idea as well.
Loved Diane's words to David Lee when he told her she wasn't Will. Alicia and Peter coming to a head is sort of overdue. Will be interesting to see the fall out, esp with David seeming to be working to undermine Diane. I was also a little surprised that Kalinda did what she did for Diane. I got the sense that she had basically tolerated Diane in the past.
