Once Mike had the talk with that attorney and he gave the speech about being a lawyer when faced with disbarment, I knew Mike wasn't leaving.
However all this bar tampering just makes things worse and worse which just boggles me that Harvey would place the whole firm in jeopardy if uncovered. Even if Mike took the other job, Pearson Spector would still have been scrutinized regarding Mike's position. I'm surprised neither Hardman nor Darby have dug into this stuff.
