They are doing this to promote season 2, which premieres on the 22nd.

I was thinking about posting this in the old Da Vinci's Demons thread from last season, but chances are, no one would read it due to lack of interest in the show in general. You have to clearly say shit is for free for people to even glance at it.

If you guys already have Starz and didn't watch season 1, you're probably not interested in season 2 anyways. But for those who don't have Starz and might be interested, knock yourself out.


This show was created and produced by David S. Goyer, who wrote the Dark Knight movies and Man of Steel.

Thanks! There was a deal on the BD set and it was not recommended as a blind buy (and the description did nothing to sell me on it), may have to watch it

It's a fictionalized account of the life of Leonardo Da Vinci portraying it as sort of a steam punk fantasy action show.

I don't know. Do you know anything about Da Vinci or the Renaissance period? He's regarded as one of the worlds greatest geniuses. David Goyer adapted Da Vinci's storyline and is covering his life during his 20's and added a Fantasy element to it. If none of that interests you at all, then watching these 8 hours probably isn't for you. Look, I know you don't have cable anymore and probably have plenty to watch, so unless you really, really need another show to watch, I say don't bother. I mean, these free episodes will probably only be available until the 22nd, so you would need to watch them ASAP.
