No. Disney may be moving away from doing combo releases for titles intended for adults — as opposed to those for children — although that's just a guess.
Not yet, but it will come in time.
Anyone seen Rush for less than 17.96?

Just saw a commercial for Thor 2 ... they didn't even mention DVD. Just "Own it on Blu-Ray and digital HD."
Since they are going back to one or the other with nothing special for picking it up release day, I will go back to holding off until it hits the $7.99 used rack at Family Video.
