When Andy called Shotgun it broke a streak for me of laughing out loud at every single sentence he said since getting back from London. I really think Pratt is going to be a household name next year.

Sad they are gone but I think the show can go on without Rashida and Rob Lowe and they might be the most disposable characters on the show.

It would have been nice if we saw more of Ben and Chris's friendship throughout their tenure. They came in together, and you'd see a few glimpses of it in the interim, and then this episode Chris is like "OMG goodbye old buddy I'll miss you!"
Overall, it was a good sendoff. Ann is probably the most disposable character so I agree with Jeff. However she is important to the main character, so I wonder how fast it'll take Leslie to being in work mode.

It was a sweet episode. I really liked Ann and Leslie's relationship - and to a lesser extent Ben and Chris's. Their absence from the show isn't a huge loss that would kill the show, but as I've stated for a while - the show has almost run it's course anyway. It's odd that I'm saying this about a show I'm currently enjoying, but this should really be the last season. Next season will feel even more like it's spinning it's wheels - even though I'll probably still enjoy it.
I didn't like how Andy didn't really have much of a goodbye with Ann. I know it was played for comedy, but it was the least sincere of the the goodbye's - and they lived together for 2 years.
