Can you help name this show by episode description?
I've had this episode stuck in my head and i can't figure out which show it was from. It's from a detective or cop procedural. The episode is probably 4 years old and is probably Castle or Mentalist but need confirmation.
The murder they are trying to solve is from a woman who is still alive. I believe she was a scientist working in closed off glass or plastic space and somehow the chemical gets loose. Some sort of sabotage and she calls in the murder on herself. Pretty sure she calls and says "I want to report a murder, My own." and then the beginning credits roll. So the detectives get there and are able to talk to her to help figure out who killed her. Does that ring a bell?
