Suburgatory (ABC) -- Series Thread

Synopsis:

SEASON PREMIERE

Natasha Leggero ("He's Just Not That Into You") Guest Stars

"No Me Gusta, Mami" - After Alex disappears, George tries to rebuild his relationship with Tessa and he introduces her to his new dog. When Sheila Shay discovers that there's a dog on the loose in Chatswin, she dedicates herself to tracking this canine fiend and it's up to Tessa and George to protect him. Meanwhile, Dalia shuns Dallas after her break-up with Daddy Altman, on the season premiere of "Suburgatory," WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Suburgatory" stars Jeremy Sisto as George Altman, Jane Levy as Tessa Altman, Carly Chaikin as Dalia Royce, Allie Grant as Lisa Shay, Chris Parnell as Fred Shay, Ana Gasteyer as Sheila Shay and Cheryl Hines as Dallas Royce.

Guest stars on "No Me Gusta, Mami" include Bunnie Rivera as Carmen, Joshua Erenberg as A.J., Edie Mothersbaugh as Alana, Megan Stevenson as Leslie, Phil Abrams as Lansky #1, Bob Glouberman as Lansky #2, Gary Rubenstein as Schulman, Melanie Hutsell as Nina Nergen, Natasha Leggero as Nora,

Emily Kapnek ("Hung") writes and executive-produces this bitingly ironic single-camera comedy, which is produced by Warner Bros. Television and Ken Whittingham directs this episode.

13 episode 3rd season. This barely got renewed last year. Not enough people here watch this show regularly enough to do weekly threads. 1 thread will be it. This will probably be the last season of this series unless the ratings are outstanding.

Re: Suburgatory (ABC) -- Series Thread

I had the last 6 or so episodes of Season 2 on my DVR for the longest time and finally got around to watching them over my Christmas break. They were pretty good. I'm not exactly on pins and needles, but I'm looking forward to season 3.

Honestly can't remember if I saw the last few episodes of the last season, or any of the season at all. Seems like years since it was on.

Re: Suburgatory (ABC) -- Series Thread

i watch the show pretending that George and Tessa are actually an item. seeing him lovingly caressing her hair to "comfort" her at end, did nothing to change that.

nice to see the pearl harbor mocking Natasha Leggero in a cameo. even though she obviously hates America, since she resembles susanna hoffs, i would still launch a kamikaze attack on her cooter. Banzai!

this is such an odd show, i wish some cable channel would pick it up and keep it going.

I like the show but zoned out about halfway through last season.

In commercials the other teen girl, looks completely different fro season one and when on Weeds.
almost don't beleive she is the same person.

I was sure this show had been cancelled when it didn't appear this fall. I missed that it was a mid-season replacement.

I really like it. Off-the-wall and very quick little one-liners. I didn't know this is the last season, though.

Looking forward to watching it on Hulu+ this spring.

I mean 2014 instead of fall 2013. I still have a fall- spring- semester style mindset.

She is way too skinny, now, and her head looks huge.

She looks like a Lisa Shay Pez dispenser.

Bummed about cancellation.. but I was kind of surprised that it lasted this long.... I enjoyed it though and would have liked to see a bit more.
