I am terrible sorry but I need an advice for a problem I have with a Bandai DVD.

I just received the TTGL-Anime-DVD's which I ordered from the bargain bin of TRSi and it seems that Volume 6 (it was part of this regular dubbed 2-disc-sets) is defective, because the disc skips for a few seconds within the last two episodes.

Due to stock reasons, TRSi isn't able to ship a replacement disc and BANDAi is out of business and does not serve international customers.

Does anybody know if there still is a company which is responsible for exchanges of defective BANDAi DVDs?

Only the retailer could help you with any replacement. Unless it was a new release and there is a replacement program. You're going to have to buy another one somewhere. I'm curious what dvd it's, I might be able to sell it to you on ebay.

As stated, at most it's the retailer that sold you the copy. There isn't really anyone else when Bandai Ent. isn't around anymore.

Thanks for your help. That's what I was afraid of. I think I have to accept the disc problem, because another copy of the 6th disc of TTGL would be way too expensive for me.
