Rental Editions Vs. Retail Editions

I just got a used copy of Fright Night (no way I'm paying 30 dollars, more most of the time for the blu-ray) and noticed that it was in a Blockbuster case. That's alright. I love Blockbuster. But the disc is single sided and, from what I could find, the Fright Night was a flipper disc. At least it was when it first came out. Other than being single sided, it seems to be the same.
