Grace finds a box, so Dano spends mucho dinero to fly him and her to Japan just to return it? On a cop's salary? And it's still Xmas when they get there?

Is it me or did it seem to take 2 episodes for Grace Park's character to get to Seattle and then most of another to drive to Vancouver?

This is completely out of left field and has nothing to do with this specific episode - but does anybody else hate Danno so much that they want him killed onscreen under circumstance that absolutely preclude his appearance ever again including flashbacks or as a ghost?

Maybe Danny asked the governor for the cash to go there - governor probably owes them. Or maybe Danny has alot of flying miles saved up.

As for the Christmas part, even though it was probably the next day in Japan, maybe Mr. Tanaka saw that they were Americans and figured oh, it could be still Christmas there in the United States so he said Merry Christmas. Or maybe they celebrate Christmas there for days and thats why he said it. Or because Danny and Grace gave him something special - which is what you do on the holiday and he wanted to say Merry Christmas.

When Danny said to Charlie, that he talked to Mr. Tanaka - I figured for sure that Mr. Tanaka would be on the island - didn't think he would be in Japan.

Took her two weeks too as the last episode took place around the anniversary of Pearl Harbor and this episode took place some 14 days later - around Christmas. So she spent around two weeks looking for Adam in Seattle?

Yeah the fingers were definiately in the safe - the look of everyone who looked in the safe there confirmed it.

Good episode - the last two have been really good - hope it continues when they come back a few weeks from now.

That's how I feel about the big sloth with the shrimp truck who flies helicopters. I can barely understand him when he speaks, and he has the ugliest bald head I've ever seen (the back especially).

I think it's hilarious how they work extra hard to include just about every side character in every episode. Somehow everyone has a specific tip, or is on the same baseball team, etc.

I'll tell you one thing though: I'll never go to Hawaii. That place is riddled with gruesome, serious crime.
