I thought it was another great episode, and Lizzy Caplan's voice at the end was amazing. What a beautiful, talented woman.

Yup, good episode last night. Feel bad for DePaul -- that was a touching moment between she and Johnson on the bus. The closing moments during the song were especially great -- this show has a great sense of style about it.

Terrific show. Feels very real, lots of authentic little touches like the vibrating bed, they use to be in like every cheap motel.

Yep- another fantastic episode- without a doubt, this has been one of the best seasons of any TV show ever, in my opinion....

Lizzy Caplan and Michael Sheen are just awesome in this. Definitely one of the best shows of 2013.
I hope it gets some possible Emmy nominations.

I loved the exchange between Masters and his wife when she asked when he will stop having something to prove, and he responds there is always something more to prove. Says so much about both of their characters and their outlook.
Also, Masters talking with Libby in bed about the 23 times couple... "that question was outside our area of inquiry". Just fucking brilliant stuff.
All the drama and character stuff is great, but one other thing I REALLY love about this show is that it is a drama about scientists doing what they do. There isn't enough like this on TV. So tired of legal and cop dramas. This is so so so unique and important, I think.
And on that note, I am saddened that Dr. DePaul is probably not long for this show. Her side story is really coming into its own.

Even though I'm not as wowed by the show as many of you, I still like it a lot. And it's so tempting to look up all of Masters and Johnson's history and research (which I'm a bit ignorant of...this is the first I'm learning about it), but I'm afraid it would be spoilers for the show. Assuming the show is being accurate as to their history.

The one problem I have with the show (and I don't know if that aspect is based on real events or not - nor do I care - artistic license is being used for other stuff anyway) is the cliche'd sitcom TV type coupling of the 2 leads. It feels like the standard "will-they/wont-they get together" crap. I have no interest in that part of the story - it gets in the way of the more important stuff. This would be like a will-they/wont-they for Don and Peggy on Mad Men dumbing down the show.
