The release also includes A Perfect Circle's first new original, studio recording in a decade with the inclusion of 'By And Down,' a song written after the band returned from their self-imposed hiatus for a series of live performances throughout 2010 and 2011.
'Billy and I created A Perfect Circle out of a now long-running friendship, and I think the music we have made reflects that personal connection and has given us the ability to further develop and trust our intuition,' explained Keenan. 'I feel THREE SIXTY is an accurate representation of that friendship and those instincts.'

One of my favorite bands. Any chance they'll release a new album in the next few years or are they done for good?

I never got the appeal of bands that did side projects that were the mirror image of their original project.
Tool>Perfect Circle
Disturbed>Device
I can never tell what 'band' is playing on the radio sometimes.

If you can't tell the difference between Tool and APC, then you don't listen to enough of either. The only similarity I hear between the two is MJK's voice.
Also, a greatest hits? They've got two good records and one crappy covers album. I'll just acquire the new track and be done with this.

I highly doubt it. Maynard seems too occupied with his wine, not to mention Tool is dropping their new album sometime next year. Puscifer released their latest plus a remix and cover album in the last 2 years, Maynard is awesome but he's not a God? This comp. does have at least 1 new song, maybe 2. So there's that.

There are only two APC songs that I ever thought sounded like Tool; Judith and The Package.
I like APC, Tool, and Puscifer for different reasons. APC because it's good hard rock, Tool because it's complex, but not overly-so, and Puscifer because it's a fresh sound and albums actually get released instead of hearing "we're working on it" for 5+ years. Although Tool is one of my favourite bands of all time, I'd be fine if they finally just said, "Nah, no new album. No new tours. We're done. Peace out." It's not that I'm frustrating with waiting, I've just kind of lost interest.

Meh, absolutely loved their first album, but later releases were just garbage. I tried and tried, but no tunes caught my ear.

Yeah that's pretty ridiculous. I don't really care about the live cuts. One-off songs annoy me too so I don't know if I'll even bother checking out the new track. Would rather just have an new album or at least an EP of new music.

That's a shame. What I've heard of it is good, but not full album price good. Plus it's tantamount to a cock-tease anyway.

These guys opened for me years ago. They were booed off stage. I played "Think I'm in Love" to open, and everyone loved me.

This is bullshit. I already have the other albums. I don't need to buy them again just to get one new song.

Wow. I would love to have this box set. I'm sure they'll be asking something outrageous for it though.

This is how most bonus tracks are. I had to buy four copies of one album last year just to get every damn song. Two copies were vinyl (although two different vinyl editions - one was a retailer exclusive), one was iTunes and then the last was a retailer exclusive CD.
It's a bullshit business model but all of the record labels do it.

They should release "By and Down" as a single with a few remixes or something and charge something like 3.99. That I would spring for. But I'm not re-buying a bunch of songs I already own just for one new one.
