Survivor: Blood vs. Water -- "One Armed Dude and Three Moms" -- 10/9/2013
"One Armed Dude and Three Moms" - For the first time ever, a Redemption Island battle pits husband against wife. In another series first, a castaway refuses to accept an immunity clue and a shocking blindside at tribal sends another castaway home, on SURVIVOR: BLOOD VS. WATER, Wednesday, Oct. 9 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Wow--that's what I love about this show. 27 seasons and we still have surprises like that. Great TV.

Well now we know who wears the pants between Caleb and Colton. That was a strong move by Caleb.
Culpepper couldn't get out of his own way - he had a 5 strong alliance and tried too hard to play all sides of everything instead of just riding that alliance to the merge. Voting out John last week was just unnecessary and rather than just take an easy 4-2 vote this week, he tried to win over the women despite that it would be painfully obvious he was lying after the vote. I don't get the point of that.

The only problem I have with this season is the return of Redemption Island...I hate the concept, as you don't really get voted out at this point in the game...you kind of go to purgatory for a second chance. I'm sure I'll enjoy things much more once the tribes merge and Redemption Island is no more.
Am I the only one who thinks Tina's daughter Katie is really cute? Not in a hot model kind of way, but in a girl-next-door kind of way? Or is the island sun getting to me?

Would have been a lot more fun had I not seen that stupid commercial with Jeff screaming about the biggest power shift in survivor history.

Just finished the episode. As soon as the RI battle took place and there was all of this animosity between Brad and John/Candace, I thought how interesting it would be if they ended up on RI together. Sweet drama! A little shocked at how calm Brad was as it all went down. He seemed to accept the fact that he screwed things up.
