After Ian (Conor Romero) and his girlfriend, Reese (guest star Alice Kremelberg), get in a fight, Harris (Wendell Pierce) and Leigh (Katie Finneran) try to give them both advice. Graham (Jack Gore) overhears Mike say the best way to smooth over a fight is to admit blame and tries to use this advice to get away with anything.
