I wasn't expecting Donal Logue's character to exit so early in the season. I guess the war with the Irish will move to the forefront. Lots of death this episode.

Also, a rough week for TV white supremacists.

Farewell, big Phil. We hardly knew ye.

Donal Logue's death seemed rushed and not fitting with the storyline. His whole obsession with the Sons is because Otto killed his sister, and the result is....Otto kills him too. Brilliant move by Clay though.

This season has been very exciting so far. No man ass this week.

Great episode. Donal Logue's death seemed a bit abrupt, but it sure brought a smile to my face.

It was abrupt. Logue was originally intended to run the whole season, and perhaps into the next, but according to Logue, he had to pull out to go film Season Two of "The Vikings" (that's what happens when you're a "working" actor, -Logue's is/was in three series concurrently). The bulk of his "plot function" will shift to CCH Pounder.

Ah, so we're not dreaming. Either they should've nailed him down, or gotten another actor instead of truncated plotlines.

Best episode of the season so far? (eps 2 and 3 zzzzzzz) First RoboCop, then last night the T-1000. Lee Toric's demise also brought a smile to my face, goodbye to Otto and big dude and other guy I don't know. Such a grody end to them all.

Al Whiteman?

They killed Shrek! Damn Irish!

I didn't expect them to kill of Donal Logue so quickly, but I guess it makes sense.

I love it -- they pack so much into these episodes.

That was particularly surprising given that it looked like the Sheriff was going to look into him.

Re: Sons of Anarchy -- "Wolfsangel" -- 10/01/13

I did like the Jax "hands off the club" threat... and the Irish complied!

What I don't understand is how this 6 man club is now going to take on some serious IRA guys? And try to avoid the Feds? While Jax deals with Tara and the kids? And Clay? And Juice? And Tig? And possibly Bobby? Seems like Sutter could streamline some of the storylines (like putting an end to the endless Tara/Gemma/Wendy and the kids stuff) and get the story a bit more focused but he seems to like chaos.

Geez, I'm an idiot! Now I get the point of the Irish doing that to Shrek +1. Doh!

The way this season is going I was expecting one of those white supremacists they killed to turn out to be an undercover FBI agent.

Kinda glad Otto went out like that. These last few weeks have been tough on him...and his cornhole.
