Re: I never saw... (TV Edition)
Are we talking single episodes or entire series runs? I've seen like 5 episode of CSI, and maybe bits and pieces of more popular shows on late night syndication (like M*A*S*H or All in the Family), but never a full episode. Others, like The Sopranos or Twin Peaks, I've never seen a single episode of.

I just don't enjoy them, so I haven't seen any doctor, lawyer, or cop shows in decades. Netflix keeps screaming at me to finally get around to watching Mad Men and Breaking Bad ... but not yet.

Any medical procedural (example: ER)
Any police/detective procedural (example: CSI anything)
Any lawyer procedural (example: Law & Order)
Any soap opera - prime time (example: Desperate Housewives) or daytime (example: General Hospital)
ETA: Thinking about it, between college academics/athletics and then a military occupation that took me out of circulation for a lengthy period I think I missed most of the '80s entirely. But since that era produced shows like Dukes of Hazard, A-Team, Knight Rider, etc. (WOW was there some awful crap on TV then) I don't feel like I missed out on much.

American Idol
America's Got Talent
The Voice
The Bachelor
The Bachelorette
Bachelor Pad
Big Brother
The Amazing Race
So You Think You Can Dance
Dancing With The Stars
Dancing With The Stars Who Think They Can Dance (That exists, right?)
I'd just say Network reality shows, but there are some I've watched (Survivor Season 1, Wipeout if that counts)

My biggest regret continues to be The West Wing despite owning the complete series. There's others, I'm sure, but that stands out at the moment.

Never seen more than bits and pieces of MASH. I remember it was on in syndication all the time when I was a kid and always hated the theme song and never wanted to watch because of it..gave me this really down and depressed feeling. Just thinking of that song now makes me want to hurl.

I've also never seen 1 episode of The Gilmore Girls and Angel, but I have both complete series sets. I think I paid like $99 for GG and about $40 for Angel.

The Wire - I have no excuse, but it's on my list to watch.

Me neither. The the series' have been on for over 20 years and I have never seen any of them beyond flipping by them as I channel surfed.
I'm half way through Breaking Bad on Netflix and it's great but still haven't seen a single episode of Mad Men. The premise just doesn't grab me. Ad men in the 1960s just doesn't seem very interesting. Although I have heard great things about the show.
Thanks to the FX Channel's never ending daily MASH marathons in the mid 2000s I was able to watch pretty much every episode. I received the series set on DVD as a B-day present a couple years ago but still haven't opened it due to MASH burn out I have from watching them every day for a couple of years.
Even though I was the right age for it when it was on, I've never seen more than a few minutes of Full House.
I also have never seen any of the Star Trek TV series that aired. I wasn't around for the original series but I was for all the series from The Next Generation on. I've seen most of the movies though.

Same here. I bought the complete series 7 years ago when it came out for $149 because I heard so many good things about it. But, I've never had the time to watch it. With new TV programming on networks and cable now year round, it's tough to make the time and set through a complete series like that.

The Sopranos and Dexter. I'd probably enjoy both but have never gotten around to seeing an episode of either.

Anyone that has never seen Law and Order should watch Law and Order: SVU Season 7 Episode 19.
You'll never touch the series again. But hey, Lou Diamond Phillips as a serial pedophile.
I've never seen a full episode of Mad Men, but I simply couldn't get through it at the time. I'll try again sometime. Nor Newsroom or The West Wing. or Barney Miller. or Picket Fences, or Hill Street Blues.

The X Files and West Wing... Never had any interest in the West Wing, but I really enjoy The Newsroom so maybe I should give it a shot.

Dexter
True Blood
Game of Thrones
The Walking Dead
Can't stand fantasy/vampire/zombies/etc.
I don't think I had SHO when Dexter started (and didn't know anybody with the DVDs I could borrow), so I never started it.
I've also never watched pretty much any of the super-mind cop/detective shows (Mentalist, Numbers, etc). L&O: Criminal Intent pretty much soured me forever on those type of shows.
