True Blood -- "Don't You Feel Me" -- 7/21/13
Synopsis:
Bill (Stephen Moyer) decides to seek out Lillith (Jessica Clark) for advice on handling the escalating human-vampire crisis. Eric (Alexander Skarsgrd), Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten), Nora (Lucy Griffiths), Jason (Ryan Kwanten) and Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) get up-close-and-personal looks at the perverse perils of Vamp Camp. Sam (Sam Trammell) comes to a decision he hopes will be in Emma's (Chloe Noelle) best interest. Andy (Chris Bauer) gives his faerie daughter a name, or two or three or four. Arlene (Carrie Preston) has a solution to Terry's (Todd Lowe) malaise. Eric makes a startling discovery.
Written by Daniel Kenneth; directed by Howard Deutch.

Another good episode. I was worried about this season, due to Ball leaving. However, I guess I shouldn't have been. Past the shaky first episode, it's been great so far.
Not going to miss Terry at all, but his exit was well done.
Eric pretending to be human is always great. Alright. Fantastico!
Bill just taking out the governor in the middle of the day was a surprise to me. I like new Bill.
I fear Jason Stackhouse, the one and only, is out of his league trying to face off with Sarah Newlin.
So now we know what the Governor was looking at True Blood factories early in the season. That is a pretty scary development. For the first time, Eric seemed to truly understand the threat once he saw that.
Weird sex scene at the end. Nice to see True Blood truly going back to basics.

Since I'm assuming at some point Sookie will have to jump back into the main vampire plot, this must be some sort of different fairy land where time doesn't jump ahead really fast.

Yes I am surprised how fun this season is, and like the Warlowe storyline a lot. I am enjoying this season of True Blood more than the final season of Dexter which I would have never thought.

Didn't like werewolf stuff or the last sex scene. Warlowe kills nearly every fairy on the planet but that is ok because he saved Sookie.
Really liked how Terry went out. Thought they were ending the show with that. Bill being all super vampire like was cool. The good outweighed the bad, but the bad was really bad.

I really wish they'd explain what happened to Rob Zombie Warlow... I mean, obviously it's because last season they didn't know who or what they wanted Warlow to be, but it just reeks of sloppiness on the writers' part.

I'm surprised they killed Terry off. I get the reason why he wanted to die, but there wasn't really a compelling reason to kill him off the show. Seemed weird.
Super Bill was badass, though.

Also, I don't think Paquin's boobies looked bad at all.

Terry's wanted to die since he first appeared, and people like that usually get what they want - but adding the twist of erasing his memory, then killing him off seemed cruel.

Did I miss them explaining why Bill just couldn't attack at night? Why did he need to attack in daylight (requirig fairy blood)?

I imagine that they would less expect a vampire attack during the day. Element of surprise and all that. Also, I think he wanted to go asap in case his vision was to transpire that day, in which case that night would be too late.

I understand that by this episode, he had no choice. But he's pretty much invulnerable at this point, so it doesn't make sense why he's waited so long. I guess there's element of surprise issue, but that's countered by the fact that if he freed the vamps in daylight, there'd be nowhere for them to go.

Good old Sookie gets laid again. Did she ever screw the werewolf?
Like it wasn't TOO obvious that happy Terry without his dark memories was doomed.

Great acting. Slow first ep but i'm LOVING this fun season - minus the detours into Werewolf vs Shifter. zzzzzzzzzz. Alcide's being written as a complete jerk. I'm more interested in Arlene possibly channeling Terry one last time thru Lafayette or learning what's in Terry's safety deposit box.
I was expecting the words "Terry Bellefleur" to appear with the fade-to-white transition ala Six Feet Under.
VampCamp > Authority. And I'm finding Sarah Newlin's return much more enjoyable than Russell Edgington's brief comeback last season.
Bye Emma! Have fun with your daytime hooker No Funyuns grandma.
"Christ! Fandango!"
"I'm dead and you're still overprotective! Isn't that just perfect?" - Willa's a great addition to Eric's badass vampire family.

yup, there shouldn't be a jump in time. Wasn't this Chandelier/tombstone depot introduced as a safeplace by Sookie's faerie godmother?

It will be funny it somehow Warlow dies this season, and next year Sookie is the most powerful character in the show, with both vampires and fairies powers. And she continues to be Sookie, you know, working in the restaurant and doing all that dumb stuff.

I will never look at the girl from the Piano (Sookie) in the same way.

The guy who plays warlow is a pretty big geek, he was on Nerd HQ, talking about if he could portray one fictional character, it would be a character from the Forgotten Realms, Drizzt Do Urden. who is a two blade wielding drow.
