I don't think sales of this set have been that good, if we are already seeing it offered at this price. I would expect it to dip under $100 sooner or later.

As much as I love this series, the best in TV history imo, it's repeated on TV enough, and the DVDs are decent enough, that I doubt I'll upgrade for more than $50.

This was about the same price that Costco had it for over Christmas. Which was a much more realistic price point than $350. But it really is worth the upgrade, it's pretty stunning to see this old show with today's HD picture quality.
